Fund administration is offered and provided to institutions from our offshore operations Close Fund Services Limited, Guernsey, which is subject to different regulation and compensation from similar services offered in the UK. Close Fund Services (CFS) is a well established, specialist, fund administration business with an impeccable track record. We provide a fully customised, integrated fund administration solution to our international client base, which includes Close International Asset Management Limited.
We place a great emphasis on the accuracy of the services we deliver to our clients, who benefit from a reduction in costs, administrative burden and risk through the use of a professional, specialist administration service provider.
International custody
Close International Custody Services Limited (CICS) in Guernsey provides mainstream global custodian services for Close Investment Services and execution only services to offshore discretionary asset management businesses, high net worth private clients and various third party fund managers and institutions. CICS also acts as trustee custodian for Guernsey regulated schemes. In the Isle of Man, Close Trustees (Isle of Man) Limited (CTIOML) acts as trustee custodian for various “expert” (EIF, QIF) and “retail” funds.
