Close International Custody Services Limited (CICS) in Guernsey provides mainstream global custodian services for Close Investment Services and execution only services to offshore discretionary asset management businesses, high net worth private clients and various third party fund managers and institutions. CICS also acts as trustee custodian for Guernsey regulated schemes.
Assets are typically quoted equities, bonds, funds and financial instruments and services provided are execution only dealing, stock market settlements, safekeeping, dividend and interest collection and corporate actions.
In the Isle of Man, Close Trustees (Isle of Man) Limited (CTIOML) acts as trustee custodian for various “expert” (EIF, QIF) and “retail” funds. This involves providing custodian oversight of various third party and group administration businesses and comprises of traditional and alternative classes (such as loan notes, real estate/property, fund of funds and traded life policies).
